COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS

Hand sanitising stations are available upon entry and outside each game.
Do not attend if you, or any member of your team or household is showing signs of Covid-19

ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

Must be signed by all guests, or by parent/guardian for guests under 18. Signature may be electronic.
By signing this document, you hereby assume all the risks of participating in any/all activities associated with Locked in Games. Locked in Games York, its members, representatives or employees will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during a game. Because of the nature of the games, people with heart conditions, anxiety disorders, PTSD, light/sound sensitivity or heavily pregnant women are recommended to refrain from participating. You acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk.

RULES

Once you have entered the room, the door will close behind you. You will then have 60 minutes to find clues and solve puzzles to complete the experience. If after 60 minutes you have not been successful, we will return you to the lobby. At any point and for any reason during the game, you may leave the room.

Inside the games, nothing needs to be broken, climbed on, or forced open. Any object that is deliberately broken or removed from the room will be charged to the group. Do not remove anything from the rooms including clues or keys when you exit the room. The ceiling, flooring and wall coverings do not need to be removed in the room.

Electrical outlets in the rooms are live and unless instructed must not be touched. There is no need to lift heavy objects. If we observe any potentially risky or unruly behavior, we will enter the room and stop the game.
We reserve the right to use all photos and images from your visit.

Whilst inside the room, absolutely no recording or taking pictures inside of the escape rooms is permitted by participants. However, we do welcome pictures and team celebrations in the lobby area before and after the event.

In signing, you are agreeing to not disclose the layout of the rooms, any secret codes, solutions or room secrets found. You fully agree to not disclose anything on social media that harms or damages our family business in any way. Please contact a manager while you are here if you have concerns/feedback. We want you to be 100% satisfied and have fun at Locked in Games York. You agree to be responsible for any damages from your actions including those on social media.
You also agree that you are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol or anything else that may impair your ability to participate in a safe manner. You agree that staff may, at their own discretion, determine that participation in the event is unsafe for yourself or others, and have the authority to remove you from the premises by any lawful means.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand this waiver and all questions have been addressed. You also submit anyone under 18 in your group has been read this waiver by a legal guardian or parent.
