There’s A LOT happening in the world and every person I speak to is feeling it. In the midst of so much uncertainty and chaos, it is natural to want to shut down. 

People are overwhelmed, paralyzed, disconnected, and discouraged.

 

The two major things that the pandemic and the early days of sheltering-in taught us is that self-care and creativity are key to successfully adapting to what’s going on.

                After 20 years of coaching I've learned that people know what will make them happier, they even know what to do, but sometimes they just don’t do it.

                 


                What I have also learned is that committing to an action is the medicine that people need to interrupt self-limiting patterns.


                SO… I’ve designed a new 5-week course as a cure for overwhelm and inertia called:

                  How to stop sabotaging yourself with perfectionism and free yourself to be your best self.

                  The power of living aligned with our values.
