Net Proceeds Received by Bervann Foundation will go toward The Black Momentum Program. Bervann Foundation Inc. is a non-profit and tax exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) organization of the Internal Revenue Code.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
You have the option to place an Exact Bid amount, or a Proxy Bid.
A Proxy Bid allows you to specify the amount that you would be ready to bid up to. When someone places a competing bid, your counter-bid will automatically increase by the specified minimum bid increment, until your proxy limit is reached.

If you are out-bid for either an Exact Bid amount or a Proxy Bid amount, you will receive a notification email inviting you to continue the bidding process. If you would like to receive text notifications, add your phone number on your profile after you receive your first notification.

Bidding will remain open until 11:45pm EST on July 5th.
When the auction closes, if you are the winning bidder, you will be notified by email to proceed payment and confirm shipping/delivery details if applicable, and any other relevant information.

Bervann Foundation (BF) is the non-profit arm of the NY investment company Bervann Capital that supports grassroots organizations doing charitable work under the guidelines of Self Accountability, Transparency and Pragmatism:

- In March 2020, Bervann Foundation supported local and foreign government entities to battle COVID-19 by Donating medical and personal protective equipment to protect healthcare professionals and civilians.

Each entrepreneur will receive $150,000 capital to launch or boost their company.
