Canlis is one of the Top 10 Fine Dining Establishments in the U.S.

TripAdvisor just released their list of Top 10 Fine Dining Establishments in the U.S. - and Seattle restaurant Canlis came in at #8.


This specific award was part of TripAdvisor's 2014 Travelers' Choice Awards, which are based on the reviews and opinions of million of travelers. Award winners were determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews for restaurants worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period.

This contemporary Seattle restaurant boasts a menu of "Comfort Geek" cuisine, defined as easy-to-like, delicious food. Guests can choose from an appetizing array that includes steak tartare, foie gras, Muscovy duck, and Wagyu. A TripAdvisor reviewer commented, "Canlis is a sophisticated blend of old and new Seattle. Make reservations and be prepared for a unique dining experience."
