The application itself is fine and easy to use and has a variety of options. But unfortunately you can't order most of the time because they're busy, or yoy can prepare an order for tomorrow but with different prices normally higher ones! and the customer service is not helpful at all and they take around an hour to reply with the message that the app gave you in the first place!! Not the worst experience but definitely not what expected.

An excellent local app with a variety of products, but it comes after an extremely long time and you never know when is it coming exactly. It is never specific about when the delivery is coming. The app may tell me that the delivery is on the way and he is infront of the door. Lastly, please try providing a website to order from on lapotps. Overall, its a great app but please improve the mentioned points.

Horrible customer service, delivery came missing an item, and it takes them 3 hours to replace it, obviously because I paid by card, if you use this service, which I don't recommend at all, since everything is WAY more expensive, and now the customer service is below average, and they don't fix whatever they do, and make you WAIT for hours to get something you've already paid for.
