Help Mohamad go to study in Italy

My name is Mohamad Farran, I am a  professor/engineer from Lebanon, I received my PhD in Telecom engineering from Brescia/Italy (2016) where I have lived for 12 years till i decided to go back ot Lebanon  in 2017 to built a career close to my family. Since  the revolution  on 17 oct 2020 . we have been struck by a collapsed  economy (80% inflation) , beirut explosion, the Lebanese banks have taken all  our saved money  in $. All of that during a global pandemic. There is no electricity here, no medicines (no epilepsy medicines which is essential for me ), no security, life simply became  almost impossible.
I have the possibility to return to Italy as a student, I enrolled in the master course of software engineer, but the university of Brescia asks for a bank guarantee of 7000€ to obtain the visa, all my saved money are 5000€, I need 2000€ within 31 November to apply for the visa and leave this hell of a country,  2000€ after the inflation is arround  40 millions L.L. (my salary for two years at the moment!) . I need your help.
