If we fail to keep all of our promises and you wish to cancel, we will walk away. Furthermore, if your plans change, we will suspend the listing without penalty.
We will release you from any further obligation to us other than for those clients already introduced to your property during the term of the listing. Depending on circumstances and intentions, for a small fee to cover our hard costs and also up to two weeks to wrap up any pending leads, but you will have no obligation to sell if your plans have changed.
