She is a remarkable speaker with a wealth of knowledge to share with others on these seven types of rest and how we can feasibly and intentionally cultivate them in our lives. Her presentation was engaging, thought-provoking, and timely with the start of a new semester and academic year, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear how many of our faculty and staff have since integrated her insights into their day-to-day activities!”
