Google Takeout
Schools are encouraged to distribute Google Takeout instructions prior to the end of the school year to seniors and any student who will not be enrolled at a CCSD school for the next school year.
Google accounts for students that were enrolled in Infinite Campus on the last day of school will remain accessible through July 30, 2023. Students who are improperly end coded or marked as No Show in the wrong calendar year could prematurely lose their access.
Students leaving CCSD will have access to their Google accounts and any associated files through July 30. New year processing for student accounts will begin on August 2 and during that processing, non-returning students’ access will be revoked.
It is also suggested that these instructions are distributed to any staff members that may be leaving at the end of the school year. Staff members will have access to their Google accounts and any associated files until their termination date.
Please see the Google Takeout instructions for distribution.
