I’m an award-winning writer and author covering food, farming, and climate. My journalism work has been published in outlets like USA Today, Food & Wine, Forbes, Gastro Obscura, Civil Eats, FoodPrint, The Counter, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and Audubon. I also provide copywriting and editorial services to food brands ranging from small farms to large organizations. My first book, Stuff Every Cheese Lover Should Know, was published by Quirk in 2020. In 2023, I was awarded funding from the the Daphne Zepos Teaching Endowment to research the relationship between cheese and climate change.
