Aiuta ARCI San Bernardino, CMBYN film set

‘Arci San Bernardino’ is a social, cultural and recreational association based in Crema, Italy, where the Oscar-winning film, “Call me by Your Name” was filmed. Our garden was used as the set for the film’s iconic disco scene.
 
Since the beginning of the Pandemic 14 months ago, our Circolo was allowed to open only during the Summer months, when we proposed to Crema citizens a series of events we called “Open Space”.
 
Overall, we were completely closed for 10 months, without any economic support from the government. When our region was in the so-called “yellow zone”, which allowed pubs and restaurants to stay open during the day, we weren’t operating and couldn’t even run a delivery service for local customers because we weren’t considered a food and beverage company, Luckily, the law has just changed and now our association is deemed as an activity that works with food and beverage. However, we will remain closed until the region is back in the “yellow zone”.
 
During the last 14 months, we have done our best in order to maintain our usual charity activities. We are so grateful for the huge support we have received from local citizens, which allows us to keep this commitment constant.
 
Meanwhile, we have also had to cope with operating costs (e.g. rent costs, gas, electricity, taxes, etc.), without any delay nor any income.
 
Now, we are exhausted! Our Circolo is at risk of being closed permanently! It’s time to help us (in Italian “aiutArci”)!
 
We are asking for help without embarrassment, because we are sure that the closure of this space, a place of sociability, aggregation and culture, would be a great loss for the entire city - not just the San Bernardino area, which already lacks gathering spaces.

Dall'inizio della pandemia ad oggi sono passati 14 mesi e il nostro Circolo è potuto stare aperto solo nei quattro mesi estivi, quando abbiamo proposto ai soci e alla città le attività di “Spazio Aperto”

OGGI SIAMO A 10 MESI di CHIUSURA TOTALE
senza alcun ristoro o sostegno

Chiusi anche quando eravamo in zona gialla e senza poter svolgere attività d’asporto, che potesse darci qualche forma di aiuto. Solo ora la norma è cambiata e stiamo aspettando di rientrare in zona gialla per poter riaprire l’attività di somministrazione di cibi e bevande.
In questi 14 mesi mesi abbiamo fatto di tutto per mantenere vive le nostre attività di solidarietà e per queste attività abbiamo riscontrato condivisione e appoggio da parte di tanti cittadini che ci hanno permesso di proseguire in questo impegno.
Nel frattempo, seppur senza alcun introito, abbiamo dovuto far fronte a tutti i costi di gestione (affitto, gas, energia elettrica, tasse, contributi, ecc), senza rimandare alcun pagamento.

Oramai siamo allo stremo, il Circolo rischia la chiusura
E’arrivato il momento di aiutArci!

Lo chiediamo senza alcuna vergogna, perché siamo convinti che la chiusura di questo spazio di socialità, aggregazione e cultura sarebbe una grave perdita per la città intera, non solo per il quartiere di San Bernardino, che già soffre per la carenza di spazi di aggregazione.

- Prendendo la TESSERA ARCI con la quota minima di 12,00 euro, meglio con quota sostenitore da 20 o 50 euro.
Per il tesseramento, anche durante la chiusura del bar, il Circolo sarà sempre aperto il Sabato dalle 9,00 alle 12,00 e il Mercoledì dalle 17,00 alle 19,00.

- Per gli amici musicisti, artisti, poeti, attori, romanzieri, fotografi,…., donandoci una serata, una performance, un incontro con l’autore, una mostra.
Nei prossimi mesi, quando riapriremo, il vostro contributo potrà essere determinate per il rilancio dell’attività di questa realtà, aperta alla città.
