If you've been incorrectly charged by Mailtrack or any other billing issue, please get in touch with our support team right away via email@example.com (exclusive for billing issues) and provide one or more of the following:
- A receipt number.
- The last four digits of the credit/debit card from which the payment was debited.
- A PayPal transaction ID.
- A screenshot of your bank statement that shows Mailtrack has taken money from your account.
