If you've been charged by Mailtrack but are unsure why and would like more information please get in touch with our support team right away (contact details can be found in the Help & Contact section of your Mailtrack dashboard) and provide one or more of the following:
- A receipt number.
- The last four digits of the credit/debit card from which the payment was debited.
- A PayPal transaction ID.
- A screenshot of your bank statement that shows Mailtrack has taken money from your account.
