NEW: Get to know your recipients a little better with “Last Read” Insights

What if you knew how long somebody might take to respond to your email before you’ve actually sent it? Would it affect your subject line? Would you send your message at a different time of day? Perhaps you might even try a completely different approach or another communication channel that may be more efficient and effective.

That’s the idea behind a new Mailtrack feature we recently launched: to help you come up with a better strategy for communicating with your contacts on a person-to-person basis. We’re calling it Last Read insights.

See how long somebody took to open your previous tracked email

​”Last Read” insights are designed to help you be more productive when it comes to sending emails. If you’ve previously sent an email to somebody using Mailtrack, you can now see information about how long they took to open it.

Deciding on a communication strategy

Armed with this information, you can decide how to approach your next message to that particular contact. Perhaps you might try sending your message at a different time or using a more urgent subject line next time around, for example.
